Ms or Ping on new hud

Hello Riot Games

Im lilpimp31 I just noticed something with the new HUD hoping you could explain what is going on.I live in Toronto and for the most part i thought i had pretty good ping/Ms in game.I play around 70-75 i normally shit  at 72. On the loading screen im green so go good to go. But on the new HUD its not like that at all I sit at my 72 ping and i only get 3 bars( sitting at yellow) and as you see in the link above it's not like i have shitty internet or something( if you don't click on the link I have 125 up and 10 down. My ping to New york is 22, 124 up and 11  up  http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4542164501 ). This being I live in NA  and yet I know low ping does not fix all the problems in the world. I do find it unfair that I live in NA and the game looks at my ping as being poor or not  the strongest connection. I know you now have servers in both New york and Chicago which is not that far from Toronto. Seeing this in the top of my screen just makes me feel like im at a automatic disadvantage.
