I would like to see the communities opinions about seeing if riot would implement a summoner level bracket system for players trying to get into the game. Example would be a new player learning the game in a queue against a level 30 because the enemy decided to queue with a much lower level. Should riot keep 30's from a queue with a lower level of a certain level?
Riot already tries to match near the same level and mmr. At some point, you've got to say, 'we tried to get you around your experience range, but its going to take a long time and thats not fair to the other players waiting in your que as well.' Personally, I've found that I always outclassed the higher lvl players anyway and, on those occasions when a 29 enters a game of all 30's, that 29 tends to be better than most of the people in that game. I think its pretty decent where it is, and I've gone through leveling up twice now.
