Can someone explain why this happened? My kda was never negative and average game time was 35 minutes. I just dont understand I solo carried a couple of these...

Soft reset means everyone should compress towards 1200 MMR (the default), which is around Silver 2 or 3. Bronze will be moved up towards it, everyone else gets moved down towards it.

People should not be dropping from silver to bronze. Ever.

Unless Riot made the default 800, which would be idiotic in itself. 1000 is still silver.

Everyone is getting fucked man its not like Riot is purposely fucking you over individually. Literally everyone is dropping about a Tier. Myself included (Gold 1 -> Silver 1)
