I don't think people will build him ap (In a serious game). Level 6 is hit pretty early on so that isn't a big deal. probably just like a normal tank, nothing special. Probably builds a little extra cdr to maximize nomz.

High health tank, splash cooldown for noms and ult.

If you wanted to go more offensive/aggressive Maybe AS to stack his passive faster. but that's a big maybe.

I'd be interested if people can make him work as a jungler, Riot mentioned his clears are slow (especially his first clear)

If he Jungles, he will have a lot of sustain from his Tough skin. That said, I don't think his kit really helps him Gank, so I would think he would make a pretty poor jungler.
