So about Mordekaiser's W
I haven't been able to play in months because my microwave turned into a wonky toasted.So i haven't been able to experience the 
changes.If you like the changes can you tell me?
How would you all feel if:
- W can be casted on enemies allowing you to gain MS while moving towards the target.
- W is reworked to incorporate some sort of slow like when casting on a enemy marks them,they are slowed for like 20% and then hitting Q stuns the marked target for X seconds.
Another question I would like to ask.How do you all feel about Riot not just buffing a champion that they know is who is under par,but instead rather over nerf a champ then later admit that they did over nerf them and say changes are coming.
TL;DR:In what ways can be changed to stop his kiting problem?What is your opinion of Riots promised "buffs" on him.
