Kindred has been continuously nerfed, because her kit is fundamentally broken. This is shared with a lot of other champions, such as Azir, Kalista, Mordekaiser, and many others. Are there any plans to rework her? I love kindred so much, it would be a shame for her to be a dead champion like Aatrox.
