Nerf Jax

With how utterly broken OP fervor of battle is and how much better is it on jax than most champions he can outrade pre6 people he could only dream of before, on top of that he can block CC like renektons W and garens silence with his E which makes him strong in lane while being completely batshit crazy late game outscaling them 100x times, theres literally no reason to pick any of those champions when u can just play jax, add rage blade being stupid OP giving him one of the biggest power spikes in game for 2.5k gold letting to insta push lanes while turrets are made of paper u have recipe for a disaster.
