Thoughts on how to fix veigar

So aside from all the QQ on the slaughtering of a lot of peoples favorite champion Veigar, let's try and think of ideas how to help this poor little guy. What if they combined his W and E so like they said you cage them and drop meteors on them, so cage them and then a mini Gangplank ultimate happens inside the cage? or something like that and then just give him a new W with some escape from all the gap closer assassins or bruisers or something along those lines. What are your thoughts or opinions on how to help him?
