Feeding script player in Co-OP vs. AI games

I recently played a lot of bot games, however there is one thing really concerns me. People are using script in bot games in order to lv. up / Earn BE (Both are my guessing) Please put some sort of catpcha in bot game plz.

Some siginificant points from observation: (Any "To be Verified" item is likely to be a indicator but it is not 100% sure)

1. Their name are made up of random letter combos rather than some words that have meanings.
2. Their summoner spell choice is always Ghost and Heal.
3. They will not say anything in the talk box throughout the whole game from champion selection all the way to the end.
4. They will not purchase any item nor leave the base for the first 10-30 secends (To be Verified)
5. They can appear to be any champion but mostly a marksman role. (To be verified)
6. Some of them will be AFK for the whole time, some of them will walk randomly to the fighting point and randomly throw out their spells. They will likely to be walking up the face of an enemy and then die.

Please fix this issue since most players in Bot games are new players who would like a warm welcome instead of a harsh feeding script player.
