Nerf kat, please read, actual argument.

Please nerf kat. I just played a game and i went twitch adc. It was a kat and alistar bot lane. The problem was that our team was doing good. Kat bought at some point and we made fun of her for buying it because our bot lane was doing well and killing her. During roaming, she went to get 20 stacks and carry the game. Im not just angry because I lost, im angry because in a patch were kat is supposed to be weak, she can still face roll games. It breaks meta. I might as well play diana in every game just so i dont get a kat main carry. Its like the same thing as, i should bring a gun to school every day because theres a chance i might get bullied. Riot, kat has been the bane of my existence for a long time. This is why fiora is being reworked. She is supposed to be graceful and to take skill but she dosnt. Well, give the face roll kat mains a rework. Make her take skill to play, and be rewarding, not be face roll and carry games in lanes she is not even supposed to go.
