Best websites for learning about meta, guides, strategy etc

I am trying to be more in touch with the current trends in the game. As in builds and build orders, jungle clearing patterns, champ selection, strong picks and counters, etc. What are some good, kept up-to-date websites for such things?

Thanks, -S

Honestly I think if someone were to make a good website for things like this that was kept updated it would be huge. But I have yet to find anything like this so I mostly just use youtube, and some people make some pretty good guides there. There's just the problem of with this game things go out of date very fast.
