Normal Games Have Huge Imbalance

I do like the new Dynamic Queue but since it started normal matches have been far from normal. I have yet to play an actual good game where both sides seem even. It's 1 side destroys the other. At the moment I'm placed silver 2 and this last match I was up against Diamonds and Plats. What gives?

How is this different from any other time?
