Help me understand this one thing about the ranking system...

I got from bronze IV to bronze ll in one game. Now I have 20 LP after two games after promotion to bll (1 win, 1 loss)

If I hit 0 LP and below, will I automatically drop to bronze lll? I don't understand the demotion immunity period.

Demotion immunity is usually 2-4 games after promotion regardless of wins or losses. If you hit 0 then have low MMR you demote. If your MMR is a bit high you get 1 more game at 0 before demoting.

Far as I can tell this is how it works. Take it with a grain of salt this off anecdotal evidence.
