This game has become unbelievably toxic
First off let me say, that I'm not an Angel of this game. I have my toxic moments, and I've been chat restricted multiple times.
Now to cut to the chase, I've been playing League of Legends a lot lately with a bunch of new players, one being my girlfriend. She's only level 19, and to be honest, she is probably the worst player I've ever seen. She's learning though, we've all started off in "Wood 5" and we all learn from trial and error. (Some faster than others). I'm playing a game with her and she's support Wukong with an Ashe. She dies about 2 times 5 minutes in, and instead of Ashe giving her a pointer like "Hey Wu you probably should stop trying to make plays and play it safe" she gets a "I'm reporting this fucking Wukong this is ridiculous". My girlfriend was not happy at all she told me she didn't want to play this game anymore because of unreasonable the Ashe was being with her. The whole game was Ashe complaining about how horrible and worthless my girlfriend was and it got to the point where she just stopped leaving under turret, even if the wave was pushed she stayed under tower. She was scared to do anything to upset this Ashe. Ontop of this, the next game she was playing Blitzcrank and the enemy team had a MF and a Alistar, they were SO TOXIC. She tries to flash, and still gets killed. In all chat MF says "nice flash", I kindly respond "Hey, cmon she's a beginner, please don't BM" and I figured hey I was being mature, maybe they'll be reasonable. Haha, NOPE. "Oh am I supposed to give a fuck?" and I informed them I'd be reporting them and got another "I got reported last game for verbal abuse and you think that stopped me? Nope. Fuck you, and fuck your girlfriend" and it continued for the rest of the game. LIKE WHAT THE HELL? SERIOUSLY? And I guaranteed I've got another chat restriction coming up for saying things like "What the fuck guys cmon let's focus "______" what are we doing" meanwhile they're hazing everyone and don't get in any trouble at all.
My second story, I was in a bot game with a 4 man premade group, one being my 10 year old niece. I had informed our 5th random that there was a 10 year old in the game and the first thing I see is "when ur a big girl ull be taking dick" over and over and over. I had to run over and grab her laptop and mute him and everything.
Riot, please. Just please. This game is becoming very hard to play because of rude and sick players are, and how demoralizing and draining it is to see what everyone is saying. INB4 :^) just mute them THAT DOESNT SOLVE ANYTHING
