When will Dynamic Queue matchmaking not be garbage?

I just finished a game playing by myself, joined a group of 4 other unrelated people. We played against a 3 man and a 2 man. It's been months. How is dynamic queue still this bad? I thought Riot was supposed to have fixed this?

Is there any ETA when Dynamic Queue matchmaking won't be garbage?

Never.

Here is why (example is exaggerated but the point still stands).

Imagine 3 players. One of them plays only solo, the other one 3s and the third one 5 man.

They all reach gold/plat or whatever rank.

Now everyone from that point plays solo.

This means that all of these players can be matched together/against each other because they have the same MMR. However there is nothing saying they are at the same level because they have reached the same rank by playing different game modes.

This is a weakness in dynamic Q design that will always exist in one form or another. This was just one example.

This problem should have never existed in the first place if they would have separated solo and team MMR.

But instead they use the playerbase as testers for their new baby and then in season 7 we will know how the real ranking system will work because this clusterfuck will not go on forever in this form.
