Thought on Azir's recent buff

Personally it's made a bit of a difference while playing him, though i do feel more could be done. Not sure if I like that the buff only goes to level 14, I think, because Azir is supposed to be a late game power house. Also riot have you ever considered making it possible for azir to teleport to his turret. Thought about it today, seems like it would be a cool idea since it relies on him being there.
