Why is grading system so wierd

I had a Jhin game where i went 27/1/5 and only got A+. Can anyone explain the possible reasons why i got my grade?

Your CS could've been too low Main problem I usually see in cases like this

Because if it's been said once, it's been said a hundred times "Grades are not K/D ratios".

If you get A+, that means you have failed in other areas for your champion, CS is a popular one to point out because it's in screenshots but other stats that you can look up in the post game can count as well.

CS could be too low, wards placed/cleared could have been too low, damage done to objectives could have been too low is the things that come up to mind, damage done in general could have been too low (yes you can have tons of kills with not that much damage done). KDA isn't the only thing used to determine your grade
