Divers like Kled and Rek'sai

I really like Kled and post-rework Rek'sai. They're somewhat durable and can easily shred people up. But is there anyone similar to them? Another champ that can basically say "I'm here, your turrets mean nothing, and you can't stop me" and proceed to shred your adc and mage, then run away? Because if so please tell me.
