Yasuo wave clear

Hey,so in my last game I was vs I killed him 5 times in lane and still lost lane. My question is how am i supposed to beat him with a caster in lane. He out cs'ed me by like 50 and push my tower super fast despite five in lane deaths. Keep in mind that after every duel i was mana less or close and a mana less lux is useless. So i figured i could just b then come back and push which i did. However i ran into a problem while he was in lane i had a hard time cs'sing because it was either use my e to wave clear and use a crap ton of mana or aa to wave clear and be stuck at tower. There was no way i could win because i notcied that i was always at my tower. Then i just watched yasuo cs and realized that he two shoted waves with the canon minion basically perfect cs and he wasn't even feed he could clear a wave in less than 2 seconds. It was so oppressive it was insane i never had minions so i couldn't push at all and when he was dead I had no mana to push . So he won my question is what did i do wrong? How could i have stopped him without feeding him? If i had no mana i was dead for sure vs yasuo but if i didnt use ult and e to wave clear he had a free lane . I dont think its fair that a 0/5 yasuo can two shot waves and i have to e and aa to clear a wave at a much slower rate btw and it also uses mana .

also just from playing vs a lot of yasuo's i think he has the fastest wave clear in the game correct me if im wrong though.
