Can jayce get a nerf for the love of god

Im sick of this fucking asshole champion all in-ing me at level 3 and me dying. at least pantheon isnt fucking ranged 99 percent of the time and can throw 1 ability that can chunk you from out of fog of war. nerf this fucking champ i hate him worse than camille worst than anything riot has ever made
