A question about honour...

I understand that over time one's honour level will go up, but I wanted some clarification regarding what "over time" actually meant.

Does this mean our honour level will go up with the more games we play or the more days we play? Is the amount of honour you can earn in a certain period of time limited?

I have played so many games since the honour system was revamped and newly implemented and see no signs of reaching honour level 3, so some clarification would be nice.

Hello there. I am here to answer your questions. Remember this is not my opinion, all that I will say is said by Riot.

First question: The more games you play the faster you will level up. You don't need to win or to get honored. You just need to play. All other things like being honored or "all of your teammates honored someone" will just make the progress faster.

Second question: No, the amount of honor isn't limited. You can earn honor all day long 24/7

Third question: The honor lvling up isn't ment to be fast like the mastery of the champions. There are only three lvls you can get so you will need to earn them for the course of the year. You won't be able to do it for one day. It will take you weeks and even months. This is why we will earn rewards for the end of the year, too.
