Fiora nerfs finally arrived. So now she actually can be punished.
As for Heim, he isnt broken or OP. He is just about right. But maybe make cd on E a bit lower. But nothing more than that (yes he has clear definitive strengths, but also has clear weaknesses (range and guess what son, it is that meta XD).
Blitz needs some revision on his skins or animations or his seemingly spaghetti coded Q. i miss, it hooks, i hit, it misses. Looks like the grab didnt land, but it lands, or it looks like it grabbed but didnt. Worse than Thresh or Naut imo. Not that i cant dodge his Q, but i hate dodging it, and it still somehow lands, even when they clearly missed hardcore (the two arms).
Aatrox, good God that guy needs love.
Darius, or Duh-Rai-Us, is still dealing loads of dmg, and it isnt due to bleed always, he also burst quite a lot. So much for sustained damage on abilities or maintaining a constant and relevant flow od dmg, save for Passive (which MAKES SENSE... Sustained dmg, or dmg over time! the one thing that made sense in the theme or idea behind him, yes annoying, but makes sense).
Yasuo needs a rework. High skill cap with low skill cap requirements... crit. Miss your Q, miss it again, but meh, auto attack a few times and you got a kill. Trust me, i suck with him, and even after doing everything wrong i was given a kill?
Maybe change his crit-based passive, in a rework, to make him something that will make me end 0/20 instead of somehow 3/5... idk how i even got away with 3 kills that match.
Zed is relatively "healthy" compared to other assassins (no assassin can ever be healthy, but he is compared to every other assassin). Get out of jail free, great passive, high skill cap (though for a high skill cap, relatively easy to use, easier than say Yas at least for me).

Vlad, ah Vlad. Annoying. Can be. Low skill cap. Check, point, and click for days, he should have the tag "Point and Click Game" on him at all times.
Is he awful like others, or toxic? No.
Does he truly need his rework? Yes.
Does he need an overloaded kit or a mini game theme that Riot will most likely give him? NOOOOOO!!!!!
He just needs a skill shot, can keep one point and click. And maybe some other weird little ability.
Riot will probably do something so weird, that is relatively better, but wont see Vlad have a better time over all since Riot will eventually nerf him after being OP for a bit.
Oh, and on Vlad, im expecting %hp dmg.

I dont hate facing him in lane, even when he was OP (yes back then he was hard or annoying, but most ppl still suck with him).
But sad that after several reworks things are just not, well you know, right. He isn't the bane or thorn at my side, but he is that one champ i have clearly seened changed so much. Makes me feel a bit sad.
He needs his bind to be a skillshot imo.
If mechanically a Faker, then only time you should be perma-rooting. Otherwise, you shouldn't. So the skillshot can help.
And if things changes yet again, to the point where he feel completely different, good, so long as he gets a skillshot, and not a point and click bind.

Or go 0/10 since you didnt get a kill. And therefore, you are irrelevant.
Riven not anymore, she is actually weak af in a meta that was actually supposed to be for her, but i like that i am now punished for messing up.
Last season and before, i would mess up or intentionally feed, to prove how stupid she was.
Get killed 3 or 5 times, and then go on a 7 kill spree? Maybe get killed 3 times, get 4 kills, die once, got cocky, only to go another kills spree and positive KDA. Made no sense, im not a Riven main.
Now i cant do that. And i like that. I actually like that.
And thanks to the nerfs on 
Low skill cap, high reward? Not as much anymore. Good.
