This is useless but: What the hell is wrong with soloQ latelly?

Is this the consequence of vacations in school? There is a stupid incrise in the ammount of rage quitters, flamers, inters, and overall worse than normal players. (Gold II elo).

This is not the best of examples but even for me being stuck in this elo I've noticed such a massive difference in the players im getting that it's legit annoying and depressing to enter a game right now.
