Thoughts on the state of Evelynn?
Here's my impressions, in particular some issues I noticed spam-playin her for the past few weeks:

Her waveclear is pretty shitty. This is mostly because of the fact that her Q has a VERY long cd if you don't use it on monsters in the jungle, it blows your mana fast to use this on waves too.

She seems to rely too much on her first combo killin you. The CDs between spells are by her her biggest issue for me, it's too long and in many cases you can get killed durin the wait-time. This holds especially true vs AA reliant champs like jax or udyr etc.

Obviously her ganks are very telegraphed because of how the charm works, and it takes a while for it to charge up for a taunt.

For a champ that relies on her first combo, her combo doesn't scale that well as the game goes on, but then again she's an assassin so i guess that's expected.

Outside of sheen proqs her damage to towers sucks for split pushin.
Other than that, I love her jg clear, it's way easier than on the old eve, and most of the time you can come out healthy. Sure she's easy to counter-jg but you yourself can also counter-jg, and i've been gettin away with that in a lotta games. Her pre-6 ganks are not 100% terrible but not very reliable without invis. If she does get fed it's pretty hard to deal with her. That said overall I think she's a bit weak so I think somethin along these lines can probably make her much better (not all applied but more like one or the other): Lettin her Q reset apply to minions, lowerin the CD vs champs on her Q or in general with her abilities, lettin her first combo deal more damage with the same CDs, extra damage on her kits vs creeps for waveclear, givin her a better speed-up in a gank or lettin her charm charge up faster so she doesn't have to wait so long to strike first.
