So does anyone know the reason why 
procs off Ekko's 3rd passive hit if it is an auto but not Ezreal Q? I mean I know Ez Q is considered technically and auto attack but still is considered a spell according to Sheen's description how is Ekko 3rd auto considered a spell/ability??
Abyssphere2 votesEkko's E is specifically worded so that it applies on-hit (yay Lich Bane!) effects and on-spell effects (Luden's). It's one of few abilities that do that.
Stiv12341 votesI think he meant his Passive rather than his E, where Ludens also procs on the 3rd hit. Still, if so, it is made in the exact same way to have the bonus damage proc spell effects (Ludens, Rylais, Liandrys...). However, since it is still an Autoattack, you also get Lich Bane (and Frozen Mallet, Botrk, Wit's End).
