Rank Solo/Duo - Kick Vote

Wouldn't it be better if rank was like Team builder? If rank solo/duo que was set that way it would make players match be a little more balance than getting que with trolls and other players who all share the same roles.......some might argue that "well that why everyone need to learn how to play every role before ranking," but let be real here.......that not going to happen, because almost every player goes into a new game having the mindset of telling themselves (I'm going to get my role) or at least close to that. Because everyone getting que up with players at close or same mmr, that the only reason why this won't happen. Everyone complain about getting que with Bronze, or complain about facing player that are too high elo.

Anyone heard of "Team Finder?" Well rank should be change into something like that, everyone choose the role they can play and go into que(at least everyone should be able to play at least 2-3 role) while rank can be something like that, we all can still be que with player at our mmr, we all know there bunch of player that share the same mmr so there should be no problem with getting que(though some might think that will cost some "challenger que" wait time) but even if we wait for like 5min long to go into a good que with at least player who can play the role they pick, it better than going into a wasting time game where you'll get trolls and afk(because they didn't get what they want)

We can't get rid of those trolls and afk.....so at least, RIOTS please just give us the "KICK VOTE" if rank que cannot be any of what I just said. There should be at least** 3 out of 5 agree to kick someone from during champ select,** we all know if there duo troll, we all will never get the 4 out of 5 agree to kick.
