THIS NEEKO NERF WAS NEVER MENTIONED IN THE PATCH NOTES?!?!

So with this upcoming patch Neeko's W Shapesplitter, here's what it says:

W: SHAPESPLITTER Passive: Every third basic attack resonates with spiritual energy, dealing bonus magic damage and briefly increasing Neeko’s movement speed.

Cool. And dealing bonus magic damage on her next basic attack includes turrets, epic monsters, champions and minions. ANYTHING she can basic attack. But now her empowered basic attack no longer deals extra damage to turrets?!

This is huge. Especially for Neeko's who want to hard shove, harass under turret and get easy plates. This takes away all her sieging. Not to mention, she doesn't even get the movement speed buff.

Not sure if this is a bug or a nerf but this needs to be fixed.

She isn't meant to be a laner, she was meant to be a jungler at the start, but the extra damage from that passive made her overwhelming in mid lane, to be honest the nerf was understandable, she isn't supposed to be the "pushy" kind of champion.

As a neeko main, I didn't like it, but I don't think it was an unfair nerf. Just please either patch it up as a bug or put it into the patch notes please. As a side note I really like the 2->3 second w buff and the 20% magic pen passive buff on the pbe for neeko right now.

It is most lilely a bug. If you stack it up beforehand you will only do the empowered auto animation, without doing extra damage
