New Idea for Dragon

So, what if Dragon/Baron were able to roam the map? Dragon could fly; Baron could slither around. They would be neutral, also. What kinda game would that create?

Riot has stated they don't like big roaming and/or randomly spawning objectives. They either randomly reward whichever team they wander into, or they heavily favor certain team compositions.

i would like to request that they replace dragon with vilemaw. dragon is super wimpy atm imo, barely harder then blue/red
