New lvling mechanics needed

I'm a player with low skill. I do better then some but but as good as a lot but my skill is not recognized by my rank why because it's a team game ... right? In reality it is not unless you only play with your team but wait you can't do that. Why because people have lives and play at different times and we don't get paid to play so we end up playing with random people. Some are good,some are great, some are smurfs trying to win and some are smufs trying to lose. Some times the teams are evenly matched and you get a good game . So you can win a few games. Then you get that smurf that is trying to lose and you lose LP then you get the guy that has never played he's champ but thinks why not try him in ranked can't be that hard then you mess up and it is your fault. what I'm trying to says is that with the way it's set up now all you are doing in my opinion is forcing people to get boosted just t oget out of bronze. Funny thing as I'm writing this I queue up for a match and get a JG that is showing he's taking even though the Bot had her selected.So being a good guy I ask my bot if she has and I set up a trade (insert Hero Cookie here) then it is the jungles turn to pick so he takes not a troll at all. That defiantly would not have lead to a loss. ps I then dodged
