Test dummy hp

Wanted to make a quick suggestion to make testing % damage effects easier with the test dummies in the practice tool: Change it's max health from 10,000 to 2,500. The latter number is fairly realistic average, at level 18, most tanks are rocking ~4k, but squishies are still under that 2500 typically around 2k or so. At the same time, you don't hit level 18 until fairly late in the game so your health will be even lower earlier in the game, so I feel that, with the 100 base ar and mr, 2500 health is pretty fair number to get a ballpack value for damage you can expect from a given % effect.

Things like these are why I've been disappointed in riot's improvements; they rarely follow through, and when they do it's often in an unwanted direction.

feel like you should be able to adjust armor and items from a base hp ~800-2500 based on level and a base armor of 30-100 based on your level aswell, feels unrealistic to test builds as any % item will result in like 500 extra damage.

Personally i feel they need to add full team training tool which allows testing of fun things while also allow people to realistically practice training, for instance if im fighting a bot at lv 1 its either going to run from me and just lose cs or it will charge full speed and die.
