In any case you did a rather poor job of doing whatever it is you're trying to do.

People who complain about garen are the same ones who pick a comp with no tank or cc then wonder why the enemy kat keeps getting away with ulting in the middle of them.

aka shit players. Garen, like any other tank is easily kited and dies to ganks or better gameplay. His sustain is pretty strong I'll give you that but outside of that his kit is super fucking simple and is very easy to shut down. Garen doesn't have fancy mechanics, he doesn't have weird and unique abilities that have different affects depending on how he uses them, his a straightforward "I am going to charge you now so either kite me or cc me to death" type of champion. Like how shit do you have to be at the game to complain about fucking garen of all champions?

Garen has high win rate in BronzeGold but in PlatChallenger way under average (especially in Dia~Challenger almost 0% pick rate and win rate). It means if you think Garen isn't broken, you must be in bronze.
