Anyone feeling that this runes change doesnt add that much on Ashe? I mean she's the least strong ADC ever, i thought she could have some sort of comeback, i've tried some sort of combination and builds, but.... just cant compete with top notch adc, as always been.

kattzkitti1 votesAshe is incredibly powerful, she just isn't an all-in berserker like most carries are. She's more of a skirmisher, she wants to toss some burst out and then retreat to a safe distance, before moving back in to repeat. She's also unparalleled in kiting and chasing, thanks to her passive. Any sort of substantial buff would likely move her into first pick/ban territory.
Kwattigor1 votesi agree ashe is in good spot just need some more practice with her play style over adc's and her team fight is why you pick her not her lane phase also dont pick her into a heavy engage teamcomp like if they have j4 malphite diana anything like that but against assassins if you have flash up you can flash out and chase them down as they cant catch you or run from you
Mig891 votesI really only play ashe when i get filled ADC and I havent had a bad game with her. Press the attack is really good on her and I feel like the new runes made her ability to kite so much better. She doesnt burst dps as hard as some ADCs but she can put out a lot of damage in teamfights with her passive and runaans. Shes not the best at the moment but shes as safe as anyone else while being able to put out the same damage. If you know a target cant burst you down she can 1v1 anyone if you can orb walk.

Vekkna1 votesLethal Tempo is also really strong on her because she can proc it with W, use the delay to gapclose or stack Q, then unload with crazy Q damage.
The other thing is that splashing sorcery for ultimate hat or manaflow band makes it a lot easier to rush IE instead of ER. And the attack speed and/or life steal in the precision tree makes it more realistic to build 
and either Cleaver or LW without sacrificing all your sustain.

i prefer shiv/rfc for some reason /shrug
rfc is so good with 100% crit ashe since it gives the first hit super slow
