Nimbus Cloak gets automatically changed to Nullifying Orb if you pick it on Jayce.

Because Jayce doesnt have an Ult? Would be kinda pointless to take a keystone you literally cant use. Being on R =/= an ult. Same for Nid, Udyr, and Elise

He already gets bonus movement speed from his passive when he switches from Hammer to Cannon, or vice versa
