PBE Update and Trying to get on

Well i am really excited because i just saw i was accepted to the PBE the problem is that i got on it one time from winrar after an hour update then i exited and i had to start the update all over i read online you have to extract it to fix this problem but now the update always stops at 86 percent and i get a bug splat error can someone help me please.
