Just got Ultimate Spirit Guard Udyr from a KDA orb or whatever. Already own the skin.
Should I disenchant it for 1625 OE? Or should I re-Roll it into another perma skin? I'm assuming it's completely random if I re-roll it, and doesn't try to at least stay high quality? I hardly ever get any skin shards, so not sure if I need another 1600 OE since I've never used anybefore.
Should I just hang onto the skin shard?
Disenchant skins that are 1350 or more

disenchant... Rerolling it isn't worth. You might get a low quality skin.
The OE can be used to disenchant skins you get in the future.
Orange Essence. That would be the best value for you. That's enough OE to unlock 1-3 skins.
Really hard to answer. It depends on what your end goal is. Is there a skin shard that you want in the foreseeable future? Disenchant your skin shards then so when the shard you want appears, you will have enough. If you dont have a skin shard that you're looking forward to getting, just try your luck and re-roll. That's what I do but everyone is different.
(The average epic skin shard is around 1050 OE)
Disenchant it, and wait for any good shard you might get. I generally only reroll 975 rp skins and lower
