Who can play this guy in new jungle patch?

If not then wtf is he good for?

I've played him a few times, and seen him played once. I'm trying to learn his new route and how he works in the new jungle, but he seems to do just fine. He wrecked the game when I saw someone else play him.

He's good for Jungle and tank in Team Fights, the problem lies not in the Rammus but in his user.
