Non Champion Targeting

Simply add a keybind that disables champion targeting. One exists for champions only, even though objectives can be more important sometimes, and I don't want to click on a dragon and smite an evelynn an inch or two away from my mouse. It's not even junglers that it could help. Pretty much every role can come to mind, like Jhin and his grenades, say you want to bounce it off a lower health minion first for that extra damage
