I've been trying to get into the Gold Division all season and now I have not got a gold frame, and level honor 2 is why anyone can explain me? If I had the opportunity I would like to get it in advance thanks :)

Rewards wont all be given at the same time, i too have received just my icons, and victorious Orianna on EUNE, but no border or banner, don't worry about it and just be patient, it will come in time ^^. You might end up getting some parts of your rewards before others, but its normal so no need to worry.
