See Teammates ult cooldown time

I think you should be able to hover over the little circles above your teammates and see the ult cool down time, Rather than playing the guessing game on when it'll be up.

this seems too obvious to be a troll to me but... on my machine they slowly fill up like a pie until they're up. Not yours?

He's asking for an actual time. It helps to actually know how many seconds until the next flash-tibbers initiation. You can argue that someone should know the ult-timers to start with, but if she has something weird like 25% CDR, I don't really want to pull out a calculator for the math.

well to be fair you still know when ult is coming up because it still fill up.

You know how far along the CD is, like if it's half way from being up.

But you don't know the exact seconds, which, imo, is far more vital than the little pie-chart. I would prefer if it just stayed black, with the CD timer counting down, and then went green when it hit 0.
