The latest Yasuo changes were alittle too harsh and were in the wrong direction to how he should be balanced, hence his win rate for all ranks has tanked to around 45%. I feel these few changes will keep Yasuo in a position where he's strong in the late while having a decent early game without bullying someone out of lane. 1) Yasuo's E should now scale with ranks. At Rank 1 his E should have 20% bonus damage while at rank 5 It should have a max of 100% total damage when you E up to 5 times. This allows Yasuo's E to be alittle more useful late game while being weak early till he maxes it. Yasuo should not be able to bully anyone out with these changes. His new E will be 20,40,60,80,100% bonus damage up from 25-50% bonus at all ranks. 2) Yasuo's Ult should have a cooldown of 100,80,60 from 60, 55, 30. Right now Yasuo can spam his ult as much as he wants due to the live cds. This new change will allow Yasuo to be more careful when and where he ults as he can no longer have 50% bonus amor pen every 30 seconds. 3) Yasuo's health regen should be increased to 85 per level to be more in line with other AD mid laners like Talon. This is in compensation for his health nerf. That is all the changes i have for Yasuo, Thanks

His passive is plain OP. Just remove the armor pen >_< He still 1-shots everyone with just item 3087 and item 3031.

I don't know what to say about Yasuo anymore, he's been nerfed into oblivion at this point.

It's just become very difficult to win with him. You have to heavily outplay your lane match-up and then if your entire team isn't built around AoE displacements you're pretty much a shitty Master Yi.

They should have just moved his passive shield to his W because people level that up last.

I think the changes to his E would be perfect to how riot wants this champion. They want a late game champion with high dps while having a weak early game. This change allows Yasuo to play passive in the early game without bullying anyone while scaling very well into late game. The issue always was a 1-6 yasuo in lane became super fed late game. Now a yasuo can be 0-0 in lane while doing more damage with his E late game but will have to be more cautious about when he should ult due to the new cooldowns

Yasuo is mostly fine where he is, though most people would disagree (due to their lack of understanding of how to play against him) though I would increase his ult cooldown and give him a bit of his base health and movement speed back.

The armor pen was an issue due to Yasuo being able to spam his ultimate every 30 seconds late game. With the CD nerf on his ultimate the amor pen shouldnt even be an issue. He gives up alot of sustain by rushing static and Ie so he is considerably squishy hence his 40% win rate in almost all tiers

like all the nerfs he recieved (he was oneshoting ppl which was a problem , riot takes away the things that made him a viable meele champion instead of fixing the problem )

Yasuo to be more careful when and where he ults

that was never a problem and the main reason for short cd

1)yasuo cant just use his ult, he needs certain conditions to be met 2)yasuo can fail his ult and sentence himself to death 3)yasuo cc's himself when he ults making him adittionaly vulnerable

your change wont change anything because his e is like 5% of the dmg he deals (with the buff it might be like 7%) its interesting aproach but its not significant enough to fix him

atm the main problem of yasuo lies in him not being able to survive and get the golds (just to weak early to get his late)
