Yasuo Tweaks
The latest Yasuo changes were alittle too harsh and were in the wrong direction to how he should be balanced, hence his win rate for all ranks has tanked to around 45%. I feel these few changes will keep Yasuo in a position where he's strong in the late while having a decent early game without bullying someone out of lane. 1) Yasuo's E should now scale with ranks. At Rank 1 his E should have 20% bonus damage while at rank 5 It should have a max of 100% total damage when you E up to 5 times. This allows Yasuo's E to be alittle more useful late game while being weak early till he maxes it. Yasuo should not be able to bully anyone out with these changes. His new E will be 20,40,60,80,100% bonus damage up from 25-50% bonus at all ranks. 2) Yasuo's Ult should have a cooldown of 100,80,60 from 60, 55, 30. Right now Yasuo can spam his ult as much as he wants due to the live cds. This new change will allow Yasuo to be more careful when and where he ults as he can no longer have 50% bonus amor pen every 30 seconds. 3) Yasuo's health regen should be increased to 85 per level to be more in line with other AD mid laners like Talon.
