So i played ryze today and saw the enemy nasus was afk at the start of the game. So, to cancel a remake, i went for first blood as aggressively as i could and managed to kill the enemy vel'koz at 2:59. Yet, there was a remake vote. There should be no remake if first blood has been given.

To be slightly more helpful, /remake is disabled if first blood happens before the person AFks/DCs in order to prevent abuse cases where people see FB given up early on and then bailing.
Theres no reason why getting an early FB should suddenly make it fair for them to have to play a 4v5 when the AFK/DC was unrelated to the FB, and the point of /remake is try to ensure fair matches.
ya you have to get fb before they dc if they never connected then it dont matter game can still be remade.
