So, in ranked if you get someone who just builds 
, afks after 3 minute mark, or just feeds, you can report them. All good.
Except the loss is still there.
Why are people being punished alongside these people? If someone gets reported and it actually goes through, why is it that the loss still counts?
This isn't because this has happened recently. It's more the fact it further undermines ranked along with autofill and the upcoming removal of normal draft.

Everything is exploitable, but this is just stupid and unreliable.
