emmm pls help

so i have the bronse insigma but i was silver i know they said that the rewards would be late but im silver 4-5 so why the bronse was i not eligible bcs i was banned at 18 of agast so i dont see a reson not to be able to get the rewards it might be there until i get the rewards but yeah i need help tell me pls
