Why Vi is so broken

she's one of the only champs that automatically reach 115 AD at level 18 her attack speed barely scales lower than an adc's her Armor scaling is too high to where she's literally a tank(as in the almost indestructible military tank) with nothing but a tforce not to mention that the Tforce is all she needs to one shot anybody who doesnt own 100 armor or more Her Q scales at an almost 80% ratio of her ad which we see with almost no one else in the game besides some tanks Her E scales at a 115% ratio of her ad which we see with 0 other champions
