Veigar Walking Animation

Now I realize that he is supposed to be a little bit of a comical champion, but his walking animation is just over the top in my opinion. The bouncing around looks ridiculous. Obviously this is a very minor issue (if an issue at all), however I feel that it would act as a very nice quality of life update for him.
