Tahm Kench & Pyke

So, I'm quite dissappointed of the recent Patch 9.13. I've hoped for some Tahm Kench nerfs since he dominates the Toplane and is just unfair for every enemy laner. The Q is just ridiculous with a 4sec and a 70% for 2 sec. Then there is his passvie max health damage and his e shield which covers his whole HP for a limited time or it just generates a part of it back. And in Teamfights he is able to save his Teammates or just devour the enemy frontline.

And then there are the Pyke nerfs. I don't know why Riot wants to put a champ in their specific role, in this case support. His regeneration is kinda strong, thats true, but he still has problems against Tanks and Bruisers since he doesnt deal any damage after his comb and now he isnt even able to clear the wave anymore or target more than one champ with his stab.
