That doesn't think these crazy buffs on the PBE are a bad idea? Like think about it this way; people are sick and tired of seeing the same champs in high elo and pro play, why not instead of nerfing them out of relevance buff others up to match them to promote diversity? If riot took this course of action more often, many, many more champs would be competitively viable. How cool would that be?
