The game is placing me with bad teammates in purpose so I lose and don't get to the rank I deserve

Hello everyone so I make this post to vent out. A teammate decides not to kill the nexus (everyone else died) and instead dances and goes to the fountain to let himself die, then the enemy adc backdoors and destroys our nexus. I could have reached Gold 5 JUST WITH THIS WIN but no, this system decided to place me with this troll. I think the system made this in purpose, I would be now in Gold 5 with better players, but no, now I lost many matches and now I'm in a 8 loss streak, in Silver 3.

I contacted riot support reporting this guy and as always I got a copy-paste response saying that my name was cool, that I should read the summoners code, that I have to try even harder, that I have to mute them, nothing useful.

The system only gets me trolls and very bad teammates and I consider myself a player that tries really hard to win, I never flame and I'm always warding and ganking around, but no, nothing works, because the teammates I get want surrender at 15, give 3 kills in a enemy invade, let themself die because ''the game is over'', sell their items and buy 4-6 of the same object, wander around/dance doing absolutely nothing, follow an enemy deep in the jungle and get baited, overextend and die to an enemy gank, THEN they said ''omg useless noob jg uninstall and pls report your jungler is 999999999 times better, open mid''.

I just hope this gets fixed in the next season, as I already gave up and will stay in silver 3, no matter how much I ward/gank/build accordingly/teamfight correctly or split push if a fight won't start anytime soon, my teammates ALWAYS mess up everything and make us lose. btw check my op.gg and watch my teammates score.
