Riots Balancing Team

So when are you guys gonna dumpster the Silver trash bag employees deciding biased balance changes in your company. We all see the lead balancing member is I think Silver 3 and only plays junglers that are tanky (Why he also added CoC cause he sucks) on top of the dumb changes including seeing the enemies buff timers with out vision.

I know pressing the 4 key too ward is complex for the mind of a trash player but in like what mid Season 2 free wards were given, not enough I guess?

It still astonishes me that some one that has never been above the top % of the player base due to their own fault of lack in mechanical and mental knowledge gets to make balancing decisions.

Edit: Might I add if this game was balanced properly this frustration of me raging wouldn't get me banned on accounts that I spend time getting to high elo only to deal with bs.
