Placements are a Disaster

(X-(X+1200)/2)/50 = number of wins you need more than losses to get your pre-reset mmr back (2N-10)*50+(X+1200)/2 = mmr you will get for N wins in your placements. My thoughts

Ok, let me get this straight, instead of doing a mmr reset where you place people near the mmr they were before the season started, you want to base ENTIRE tiers on 10 games?! Thats a fucking terrible idea. Not only if you lose the first 2 games of your 10 games, you will be placed an entire tier below where you belong, but you are going to be grinding to a rank you already belong. The fact that you have to waste 10 games of your life playing in hopes to win a lot so you dont have to spend the next x amount of months grinding back to where you belong, but the average person will place anywhere from 3-5 divisions lower than where they were before the shitty ass provisionals idea had them. What the actual fuck?!!?

Right now silver is a fucking mess, as you have people from high and mid plat in there who got fucked on their placements solely to AFKs and Trolls who were like lets ruin peoples SEASON. So after grinding all those games away, im still gonna be fucked by riot games by their complete horse shit. Nice to know.
